Return & Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Eligibility

CarryCraft only offers replacement for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective on arrival
  • Incorrect item received

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a replacement, customers must provide:

  • Complete unboxing video
  • Clear images of the issue
  • Order details and WhatsApp communication

⚠ Important:

Replacement requests without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

CarryCraft does not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Used products
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference issues
  • Incorrect size expectations
  • Minor stitching or texture variations

4. Handmade & Photography Variations

Slight differences in color, texture, print placement or stitching may occur due to:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Device screen settings
  • Handcrafted manufacturing process

These are considered normal and not defects.

5. Replacement Request Time Limit

Customers must contact CarryCraft within 24 hours of delivery for any replacement request.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided.

In eligible cases, CarryCraft may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (case-specific)

7. Fraud Prevention

CarryCraft reserves the right to reject replacement or refund requests in cases of:

  • Fake claims
  • Incomplete evidence
  • Suspicious activity
  • Product tampering
